	Assistant Coach- Declan Sloan
	Assistant Coach- Will Zaremba Will has been swimming for the Stratford Swim team for 10 years. He made All Starts after every swim season as well. He was a junior coach for the 2024 season. He swam for Greenbrier High School as a freshman and had a very successful season! He had an undefeated swim season and they won their invitational! He has a lot swim experience and really enjoys teaching the kids the proper swim technique. He is a proud Stratford Royal!
	Assistant Coach- Carter Huston Carter is a rising Sophomore at Greenbrier High School where he also swam during the 2024-2025 season. He has been swimming for Stratford Swim Team since 2015 and competed in All Stars countless times. He was a junior coach for the 2024 season and is excited to be working with the younger swimmers once again.
	Assistant Coach - Clara Martin Clara is a rising Junior at Lakeside High School. She brings a wealth of swim experience to the team and is excited to be coaching at Stratford this year. Clara began summer swim at age five at PRC and then has swam for Jones Creek the last seven years, where she competes yearly in All-Stars in multiple events. She has been a coach for Jones Creek the last three summer seasons. Clara has been swimming ASL for eight years. She also swims for Lakeside High School, where she has qualified both years for the GHSA state swim team. Clara is also a certified lifeguard and swim instructor. She can’t wait to share her love of the water and the sport of swimming with the Royals this summer!

	Junior Coach: Emme Dowless Emme is an incoming 8th grader at Riverside Middle School. This is her 8th season swimming with the Stratford Swim Team. Emme also plays soccer, and will be cheering for RMS football. She is excited about helping the younger kids improve their strokes and build a love for the water!
	Junior Coach: Harper Lovett Harper is a rising 8th grader at Stallings Island Middle School. She has been swimming for Stratford Royals since kindergarten. She dances competitively, cheers for SIMS, and loves to swim. She is looking forward to helping the younger swimmers improve and grow their skills.
	Junior Coach: Owen Oglesby Owen is a rising 8th grader at Riverside Middle School. He has been swimming since he was 4. He has competed in All Stars and is looking forward to another fun swim season.
