2024 Summer Swim Season

May 7th

The 2024 Summer Swim Season is HERE!!

*Registration is open and we are kicking off practices on Monday May 13th.  (see the PRACTICE tab in Swimtopia for additional information)

Middle and High School age 4-5 pm

Elementary School age 5-6 pm

*We are always in need of additional Stroke & Turn judges for meets.  

If you have been previously certified you can complete the re-certification online.

If it is your first time you will need to attend face to face training on May 8th or May 22nd at the Augusta Aquatics Center 6pm.

*Parents Meeting will be held in the Stratford Clubhouse on May 20th @ 5:30pm

Please make every effort to attend the meeting.  Download the SwimTopia App if you haven't already done so and we can show you how to use it at the meeting.  We will be placing the t-shirt order on 5/21 so get your registration completed in time!

Registration forms can be found at https://www.stratfordevans.net/

- You can start dropping off completed registration forms with payment on April 1st

- Payment can only be made by check this year  - please make checks payable to Stratford Swim Team

- There will be a locked box at 416 Keeling Lane, please place the form and payment in an envelope and drop it off  

We will be introducing SwimTopia as our official swim team website. All updates, practice/meet information, questions and communication will be handled through SwimTopia once it is up and running. Until then, please continue to check out Facebook https://www.facebook.com/sstroyals/ and Nextdoor for updates and information. 

Upcoming Dates: 

April 1 - Registration starts 

May 10 - First Practice - afternoon practice, times to be announced 

May 11 - Parent's Meeting 6pm @ the clubhouse 

May 24 - morning practices start, times to be announced 

May 25 - Time Trial 

June 1 - First Meet 

New team swim suits! Our old suit has been discontinued so we have chosen solid black as our new suit color and you will be able to choose the brand that you prefer. Onell piece competition style suit for the girls and long jammers for the boys. If you still have the old one that fits it’s fine to use it for this season. 

We can’t wait for the season to start!
