Stratford Swimteam

May 11th

Happy Mother’s Day to all our swim mamas!  Hope it’s been a wonderful day!  We are closely watching the weather for tomorrow. Hopefully it will miraculously clear up so that we can still have our first practices. Middle and High school practice from 4pm-5pm, and Elementary age from 5pm-6pm this week.  We are still planning on a parents meeting  at 5pm on Wednesday.  If you have burning questions before then, feel free to get onto stratfordroyals.swimtopia.com to see the schedule and swimteam news.  Check out the volunteer opportunities for the swim meets because we are counting on each family contributing their time to help make the meets run smoothly! 😊.  After the parents meeting on Wednesday, get your friends and family to join you at Shane’s Rib Shack for Stratford Swim Team Spirit Night! They are donating 10% of all sales back to our team from 5-9pm!!!

Registration forms can be found at https://www.stratfordevans.net/

- You can start dropping off completed registration forms with payment on April 1st

- Payment can only be made by check this year  - please make checks payable to Stratford Swim Team

- There will be a locked box at 416 Keeling Lane, please place the form and payment in an envelope and drop it off  

We will be introducing SwimTopia as our official swim team website. All updates, practice/meet information, questions and communication will be handled through SwimTopia once it is up and running. Until then, please continue to check out Facebook https://www.facebook.com/sstroyals/ and Nextdoor for updates and information. 

Upcoming Dates: 

April 1 - Registration starts 

May 10 - First Practice - afternoon practice, times to be announced 

May 11 - Parent's Meeting 6pm @ the clubhouse 

May 24 - morning practices start, times to be announced 

May 25 - Time Trial 

June 1 - First Meet 

New team swim suits! Our old suit has been discontinued so we have chosen solid black as our new suit color and you will be able to choose the brand that you prefer. Onell piece competition style suit for the girls and long jammers for the boys. If you still have the old one that fits it’s fine to use it for this season. 

We can’t wait for the season to start!
