June 11th

Hey everyone! 

Thank you all for a successful meet this past Tuesday! Our kids did an amazing job! Our meet thia next Tuesday will be at home and it is going ro be against a bigger team. We will everyone's help to be able to run this meet smoothly. If you have not volunteered yet this will be a great meet to do so. We need 2 people per half to help with concessions., 6 timers per half (so 12), two head timers, and shepards. We can not run a meet without the help from parents. I would hate to hallve families have to do the whole meet so please sign up. If you have never timed , I can show you what you need to do, its actually super simple and you can still watch your swimmer. Thabk you,  thank you for everyone that has volunteered this year so far and been flexible. We really appreciate you all! Also, please declare your swimmer by Saturday evening. We are playing a big team so we need all the points we can get. If a child is not declared they can not be put in relays or if they put in relays we have to take them out or search for someone to replace them. This gets super hard the day of the meet.

2021 Information Flyer

Registration forms can be found at https://www.stratfordevans.net/

- You can start dropping off completed registration forms with payment on April 1st

- Payment can only be made by check this year  - please make checks payable to Stratford Swim Team

- There will be a locked box at 416 Keeling Lane, please place the form and payment in an envelope and drop it off  

We will be introducing SwimTopia as our official swim team website. All updates, practice/meet information, questions and communication will be handled through SwimTopia once it is up and running. Until then, please continue to check out Facebook https://www.facebook.com/sstroyals/ and Nextdoor for updates and information. 

Upcoming Dates: 

April 1 - Registration starts 

May 10 - First Practice - afternoon practice, times to be announced 

May 11 - Parent's Meeting 6pm @ the clubhouse 

May 24 - morning practices start, times to be announced 

May 25 - Time Trial 

June 1 - First Meet 

New team swim suits! Our old suit has been discontinued so we have chosen solid black as our new suit color and you will be able to choose the brand that you prefer. Onell piece competition style suit for the girls and long jammers for the boys. If you still have the old one that fits it’s fine to use it for this season. 

We can’t wait for the season to start!
